Shipping & Return Policy

 

Hghrclss.life aims to provide you with a great shopping experience and excellent customer service.

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your customer experience and purchase, we will do our best to make it up to you. 

Please read and follow our Shipping and Return Policy carefully.

 

1. SHIPPING

 

1.1    Please allow delivery within 3-7 business days.

1.2    HGHRCLSS items purchased through our website are delivered by a third-party courier and subject to their shipping policy.

1.3.   All delivery timeframes are estimates only and delays can occur, which may be caused by extreme weather conditions and/or holidays.

1.4.   If the delivery of the items you purchased is delayed due to the aforementioned circumstances, we will inform you accordingly via e-mail as to its status.


2. SELLER AT FAULT

 

2.1     If the items you purchased are found to be faulty or damaged on our end, or you received the wrong product (e.g., color, size, design), please file for an exchange request at support@hghrclss.life documenting (e.g., photos) your request prior to returning the products to us. Please allow at least 3 days for us to investigate and validate your claim before you can return the damaged or wrong items.

 2.2 Your return request will be approved, as long as the merchandise you purchased are:
 
2.2.1.   Purchased online directly from hghrclss.life.
 
2.2.2.   Returned within seven (7) days upon receiving your order.
 
2.2.3.   Returned back in its original condition upon shipment - unworn, unwashed, with original labels on, and in its original packaging. Should the returned products arrive damaged, worn or not in the condition sent, your exchange request will regrettably be denied.
  
2.3.    Items listed and purchased through special promotions may be final sales and are not eligible for exchanges.
 
2.4. Once a return has been sent back, please allow 10-14 business days for transit time. 

 

3. BUYER’S FAULT

 

3.1.    For exchange requests of different size or color, we will accept exchanges within seven (7) days upon receiving your order.
 
3.2.    You will be required to ship the products back in its original condition upon shipment – unworn, unwashed, with original labels on, and in its original packaging.
 
3.3.    Please take note that all shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless you are exchanging an item that is found to be faulty or damaged from our end. Should the products be received damaged, worn or not in the condition sent, your exchange request may likely be refused. 
 
3.4.    We shall provide a link of our authorized courier for the purpose of a traceable method of shipment as we will not be responsible  for claims of items lost or damaged in transit. Otherwise, your exchange will regrettably be denied.
 
3.5.    Please make sure to contact us at support@hghrclss.life prior to exchanging the products. We can only process your exchange request if we are notified prior to shipment. 

 

4. ORDER CANCELLATION
     
    4.1.    Cancellation of orders can be done within 24 hours.
     
    4.2.    We do not accept order cancellation requests if the products have already been shipped. However, if you wish to cancel your order before the product is shipped, we will offer a full refund for your order.


    5. NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE

     

    5.1.    Intimate apparel or items (e.g. underwear, innerwear, bikini, socks, etc.) may not be returned or exchanged for hygienic and sanitary reasons.
